alternate notification for custody case
what do I have to do after I send out newspaper notificatons to parents last know town, whereby I already have temporary custody of the kids and am seeking permanent custody. The parents addresses are unknown. My certified, return receipt was not good enough for the judge.

You're trying to get custody of kids and you don't know what to do. What you have done has not worked. Seems like now would be the time to get a lawyer who does know what to do and try to help those kids.
