Can the Board of Directors of a corporation hire another corporation doing business as an Association and have a board of directors as well e.g. the developer and builder's board of directors appointed a HOA ASSOCIATION which is a dba for a corporation? Can the agent for service of process also be the incorporator or can he be the owner of the Hoa Association?
