Is it possible to prevent the mother of my child from continuously filing unwarranted child abuse accusations against me?

Question

Is it possible to prevent the mother of my child from continuously filing unwarranted child abuse accusations against me?

Answer

For all practical purposes, no. No court is going to restrict a parent from taking legal action to protect a child, even if previous such actions have been unproven. You could file a civil suit for abuse of process claiming any attorney fees or other expenses you may have incurred in defending these actions, but that isn't really a practical solution either.
