My situation is in Indiana. My ex husband has remarried and has relocated to his wife's home. He has overnight visits every other weekend with our children. He has not provided me with an address to his new home. Is he required to provide an current address since my children are sleeping over at his home?
Answer
Yes. He also has to notify the clerk of the court.
